The clipboard, retired.
Somebody in your group is on the hook to collect things from people who can ignore them: permission slips, medical consent, shirt sizes, emergency contacts. Today that’s a chat full of photographed paper and a spreadsheet of who’s still missing. A TinyHubs form is the collection and the chasing, in one object.
Ask for answers — or for files
A form can collect typed answers (sizes, dietary needs, contacts) or file answers: parents download the blank slip, sign it, upload it back. Each return is filed against the person it’s about, named consistently, findable in March.
Organizer-only visibility
Responses are visible to organizers, not the whole group — medical details and emergency contacts aren’t channel content. Export everything as a CSV to hand the league, the council, or the district.
The who-hasn’t list does the chasing
Seventeen of twenty-two in — and the five outstanding are named, with a one-tap chase message for the group chat. The form knows; you stop keeping the spreadsheet in your head.
Parents answer for kids
A child on the roster needs no email and no account. Either parent returns the form on their behalf, and the record shows who answered. This is built into the model, not bolted on.
