A decision made in chat has to be re-made in three weeks, because nobody can find where it happened. A TinyHubs poll opens, collects, closes — and stays: the question, the result, the date. Your group’s decisions get a shelf.
Polls for preferences
Single or multiple choice, live results, a closing time, and the same who-hasn’t-answered list every other object gets — with the one-tap chase message for your group chat.
Anonymous ballots, when it matters
When the vote concerns a person or a spend, seeing who voted changes the vote. Per poll, ballots can be anonymous: the decision and the count stay on record, individual ballots don’t. Group chats can’t do this. Slack and Discord don’t either. For committees, it’s the feature that pays for the hub.
One member, one ballot
In family hubs where parents answer for children, elections stay honest: a parent with three kids gets one member vote, not three — and votes that count per participant are counted per participant, never double-counted through two parents.

Availability polls ask “which of these times work?” across the whole group and show the winner — the scheduling thread, retired.
