Help

Short, honest answers. If yours isn’t here, write to us — a human replies.

Creating a hub +
Sign up, name your hub, done — there are no configuration screens. You’ll get a join link to share with your group. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
Inviting your group +
Share the hub link anywhere — the group chat, email, a QR code at practice. People open it in a browser, enter their name, and they’re in. You can also list people on the roster yourself first (free at any size) and invite them when you’re ready to open the doors.
Members without email +
People can be on the roster with no email and no account — children especially. Whoever represents them answers on their behalf, and the record shows who answered.
Logging in +
No passwords. Enter your email, tap the link we send you, you’re in. There is nothing to forget and nothing to reset.
Notifications +
Deliberately minimal: unread markers in the app and optional browser notifications. TinyHubs is designed so that someone who checks once a day misses nothing important — the who-hasn’t lists and chase messages carry urgency through your existing group chat instead.
Exporting your data +
Any time, from Manage hub: files as a zip, everything else as CSV/JSON. Full details here.
Billing +
One flat annual price per hub with a proper invoice — see pricing. Crossing a size band prompts the organizer; it never blocks anyone from joining.
