Groups have been burned before — platforms that held their history hostage, free plans that quietly deleted the archive, exports that required a support ticket and a paid tier. So this page exists, publicly, before you’ve given us anything.
What exports
Everything the group owns: files (every version) as a zip, messages as JSON/CSV, and records — events with their RSVPs, polls with their results, form responses, the roster — as CSV. Anonymous ballots stay anonymous in the export too; the group owns its decisions, not its members’ individual votes.
How
Any organizer, from Manage hub, any time. No support ticket, no waiting period, no exit interview, no paid-tier gate. It’s a button.
And deletion
Deleting a hub deletes it — not “deactivates.” When a member leaves, an organizer can erase their name and contact details from everything permanently; messages they wrote remain, unattributed. We keep no shadow copies for a rainy day, because there is no ad model here that would want them. That’s the point.
An easy exit is what makes staying a choice. We’d rather earn the renewal.
