Privacy, in plain language.

Draft. This plain-language summary is our actual position; the formal policy is receiving legal review before launch and will replace this note.

What we collect

What the product needs to work, and nothing else: your email (to sign you in — we have no passwords to store), the names and optional contact details organizers put on rosters, and the content your group creates — messages, files, events, responses. This website itself sets no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies; open your browser’s network tab and check.

What we never do

No ads. No selling or sharing data with advertisers or brokers. No mining your group’s messages for anything. No tracking you across the web. Our only revenue is the flat subscription — you can audit the incentive yourself on the pricing page.

Children

Children on a roster need no account and no email — they exist as entries their parents or guardians answer for. Accounts require an adult. When a child leaves a group, organizers can permanently erase their name and details.

Your control

Organizers can export everything, any time, and deletion means deletion. Questions: privacy@tinyhubs.com.
