“Who’s in for Saturday?” asked in a chat gets nine replies, four thumbs-up, two maybes, and a count someone does by hand — twice. A TinyHubs event is an object: date, place, details, RSVP, calendar file. The answer to “when are we meeting?” stops being “somewhere in the scroll.”
RSVPs that count themselves
Going, can’t, no answer — live tallies, per person. In family groups a parent answers for their child, and the record shows who answered. No more counting thumbs.
The who-hasn’t list
The five people who haven’t answered are named, not implied. One tap copies a chase message — “Still need Ava, Ben and Priya — [link]” — ready to paste into the group chat, which is where the silent people actually are.
Calendars, respected
Every event downloads as an .ics file, so it lands in Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars without anyone re-typing a date.
Answer from a link
Paste the event link into WhatsApp and people can see it and RSVP in the browser — before they have an account, without installing anything.
