Price the hub, not the humans.

One flat price per group, billed annually, with a real invoice your treasurer can file. Inviting people never raises the bill. There is no per-user anything.

Talk to us

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day full-featured trial. Counts are people on the roster — and crossing a band is a friendly prompt to the organizer, never a blocked invite. Nobody gets bounced at the door because of your plan.

The math nobody in per-seat land wants you to do.

Slack Pro is $7.25 per person per month. For a 20-person club that’s $1,740 a year — and for a 500-person community, over $43,000. Per-seat pricing charges you for the thing a group is supposed to do: grow. See the full worked math →

Built for treasurers

Annual billing, a proper invoice, one line for the budget. No card-on-file surprises mid-season, no seat audits.

Built for handovers

The hub belongs to the group. When the committee turns over in September, organizer rights transfer and the record stays.

Built with the door open

Export everything — files as a zip, the rest as CSV/JSON — any time, without asking. How export works →

Pricing questions

Is it ever per user? +
No. Never. If “per user” ever appears on this page, we’ve failed at the one thing we set out to do.
What exactly is free? +
Everything, for up to 5 people on the roster — the coaches’ table, the exec committee, the board. Chat attachments on Free are kept for 30 days; the permanent Files system is what paid plans add. You can also list your entire roster free at any size — you pay when you open the doors and invite everyone in.
What happens at the plan boundary? +
The organizer gets one friendly prompt with the real numbers on screen. Nobody joining your group is ever blocked or bounced because of billing.
Do you offer monthly billing? +
Annual is the default because groups run on seasons and school years. Monthly is available at checkout at a higher effective rate.
Discounts for nonprofits or schools? +
The price is already shaped for volunteer-run groups — that's the whole model. If a flat price is still out of reach for your group, write to us and we'll sort something out.
