For sports teams

Run the team without living in the group chat.

You’re the team manager — unpaid, holding the roster, chasing the season. The fixture list is 80 messages deep, “who’s coming Saturday?” is its own thread, the waiver is a photo of paper, and every parent’s phone number is visible to twenty strangers.

Free for the coaches’ table · no app for parents to install

One hub fixes the week.

Events with RSVP

Saturday’s game is an object with a who’s-coming list and a calendar file — not a message that scrolled away. The five families who haven’t answered are named, and one tap copies a chase message for the group chat.

Forms with file answers

Collect waivers, medical consent, and uniform sizes. Each return is filed against the player, visible to organizers only, and exports as a CSV you can hand the league at registration.

Files with homes

The roster, the schedule, the tournament pack — in folders, with versions. When the fixture list changes, same-name upload makes v3, and there’s only ever one current answer to “where’s the schedule?”

A roster without phone numbers

Parents join by link and see names, not a directory of strangers’ numbers. Players can be on the roster with no email at all — parents answer for them, and the record shows who answered.

Most teams run on WhatsApp. Keep it.

The group chat is where the pulse lives — the weather call, the “running late.” The hub is where Saturday stops getting lost. Here’s the honest comparison:

Questions team managers ask

Is it free for small teams? +
The coaches’ table — up to 5 people — is free forever. Opening the hub to the whole squad is one flat annual price, not a per-family bill, with an invoice your club treasurer can file.
Will grandparents manage okay? +
Yes. Everyone joins from a link in the browser — no app to install, nothing to configure. If they can open a web page, they’re in.
Can parents answer for their kids? +
Yes — built in, not a workaround. A player can be on the roster with no email at all; a parent RSVPs and returns forms on their behalf, and the record shows who answered. Two-parent families both get a say without sharing a login.
What does a season cost? +
One flat price for the year — see pricing. Sell one sponsor patch on the jerseys and the hub is paid for.

Need to convince the club committee? Send them the sample hub — it argues better than a feature list.
